Grant Development and Client Manager

Rebekah Gouger holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University in Intercultural Studies with a minor in TESOL. After college, she spent time working for a nonprofit in the Seattle public school system. As Rebekah moved to Chattanooga in 2017, she investigated elder abuse for the State of Tennessee where she worked on a VOCA grant. She then went to work for the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga where she worked on COVID response, Impact Investing, and yearly grant cycles. Each experience has informed Rebekah's passion for community development and grant writing.
